Every draft answers what the guest actually wrote, in their language, as your business. With AI Voice in Pro (waitlist open) you add 2–3 example replies and a few rules ("never apologize for prices"), and drafts follow your style. Nothing is posted without you.

Do I need technical skills?

If you can copy a link from Google Maps, you can set it up in two minutes. Or I'll set it up with you.

What happens to my data?

Reviews stay yours. Your account data is stored in Europe (London). To draft a reply, the review text is sent to our AI provider, whose API terms don't allow training on it. Want out? Delete your account in Settings, or email us and we delete everything.
